Fast food employee here, please don't rev your cars or honk in the drive through. Usually everyone except the two at the dining room register are wearing a headset to be able to hear and prepare orders ahead of time and the microphones in the drive through are really sensitive and can pick up the faintest of noises you wouldn't normally hear.
