The fact that you started out just filming cars and broken down in LA having parts for your Audi shipped to a Macdonald’s is absolutely mind boggling. Truly inspiring. Mad props to you.

So impressed to see someone’s life change this fast, it’s so unbelievable how James did it. With all that empty land, I’m thinking maybe a giant mini golf course with waterfalls and water features. I’m going to just spit it out, I think it’s perfect area for a full size basketball court that you can freeze in the winter for an ice rink, and then you can build a go cart track around it. No idea man, the possibilities are endless, the sky is the limit from what you’ve shown us.

I can't believe he doesn't have a wifey yet, but I get it. It's hard to find a nice woman you connect with these days. He's got money. He needs to find love with a nice European chick and have a big family with her. I would've loved to grown up in Utah in a house like that with a giant garage filled with awesome cars and other stuff. Ski trips and snowmobiling in the winter, quads and dirtbikes in the summer. I actually love the house updates. I envy how fast the construction is moving. I am in house repair hell. Some guy next door tore down this house to build a much larger house. A lot of that happening in Toronto. Long story short, I live near a ravine by a river and his construction destroyed everything but the house on my property. Big in ground pool, a patio a balcony the front entrance all ended up in a sink hole. Insurance is replacing everything but underground water from the ravine made it tricky. In the 3rd year living in a mud hole. $millions spent and no end in site.

Get artificial turf! Great way to having a green lawn all year round and little to no maintenance year round.

Also I can suggest you use USB port on the wall for power charge too! That's what I used in my new house.

On special spot of the property I think you should put a concrete pad for donuts to do in the cars or even a dirt obstacle course for off road cars like gladiator or dirt bikes just a suggestion. Keep up the grind we appreciate it!

The house is epic but the location poses one problem. I really think you should have built this house on a ranch out in the middle of a large property with no immediate neighbors so you could rev, do donuts, have a gokart track, and basically do whatever you want without any HOA laws or neighbors to offend. Either way, looks like its going to be an epic StradPad! Can't wait for the end result, make sure to befriend all your neighbors :D

Make sure you get a real good alarm system and cameras with a house that size !

Highly recommend doing polished concrete in the garages. It Reflects light and is more durable and long lasting than paint or epoxy. But if you really want an epoxy type make sure it’s done with a polyaspartic

For the special phase I would personally put just a garden to go along with the beauty of the cars so they can match :)
